Terms and Conditions Puzzle Post

1. Who we are

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by and every contract with Puzzle Post. By placing an order you accept them. They are available before the contract is concluded and can be saved and printed.

3. Offer and prices

All products are digital downloads (PDF). Nothing is shipped physically. Prices are in euros including 21% VAT. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.

4. Contract and payment

The contract is concluded when you complete your order and payment is received. You receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Immediately after payment you receive a download link on the thank-you page and by email. Nothing within 24 hours (check your spam folder)? Please contact us.

6. Right of withdrawal

See our Right of withdrawal page. For digital content the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery (making the download available) has started, if before ordering you expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p(g)). We confirm this by email.

7. Licence and use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may print the files unlimited times for use within your own household, party or classroom. You may not resell, share, upload or commercially use the files (or prints of them), e.g. at paid events, without written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with Puzzle Post.

8. Conformity and complaints

We guarantee the files match their description. Report complaints within a reasonable time to hallo@puzzlepost.nl; we respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court. Information about your rights is available at ConsuWijzer.nl. Your statutory rights regarding defective products always apply.

9. Liability

The games are intended for entertainment. Supervise young children while playing (e.g. when hiding items). Our liability is limited to the purchase price, except in case of intent or gross negligence and insofar as permitted by law.
