Right of Withdrawal

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

Right of withdrawal – digital content

Puzzle Post exclusively sells digital content (PDF files) not supplied on a tangible medium.

Withdrawal period and loss of the right

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content this right lapses (EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p(g)) once delivery has started, provided that you:

  1. expressly consented, before completing your order, to delivery (making the download available) starting immediately, and
  2. declared that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.

We ask for this consent through a mandatory checkbox in the cart and the cart drawer (before you go to checkout): "I want the PDF to be available immediately after payment and I agree that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal." You receive confirmation of this by email after your order.

Without consent

If no valid consent was given, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing hallo@puzzlepost.nl (you may use the model form below). We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal using the original payment method.

Problems with your file?

If a file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, contact us and we will send a working file or refund you. Your statutory rights regarding conformity always apply.
