How do I receive my game?

After payment you receive a download link. You get a ZIP package with the PDF files in A4 and US Letter. Unzip the file before printing. Nothing is sent by post.

No download received?

Check your spam or promotions folder and the order page. If you have problems, contact us via the contact page and include your order number.

Which paper size should I choose?

A4 and US Letter are both included in the package. In the Netherlands and Belgium you usually use A4. Print at 100% or actual size.

Can I print in black and white?

The games are designed to be printed at home. Follow the printing instructions in your PDF; the illustrations look best in colour.

What age and how many players?

That differs per game. Every product page shows the age, number of players and play time.

How much preparation does it take?

Every product page shows the preparation time. The host guide tells you which pages and materials you need.

What if we get stuck?

Use the hints and solutions in the package. For games with a code page, the link is in the PDF. There you can check the final code and view hints. You can also play without internet.

How do I fill in the birthday child's name?

Open The Missing Birthday Cake on a computer in a PDF reader that supports form fields, for example Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fill in the name and then print. You can also write the name in with a pen.

May I print the game more than once or use it in my classroom?

Yes, for home use. Teachers may copy the game for their own classroom. Copying for the whole school, sharing files and reselling are not allowed.

I ordered the wrong language or something does not work.
